In order to guarantee the civil litigation lawyer and other agents ad litem shall exercise consulting agency materials relating to the cases of rights, ensure the smooth progress of litigation activities, according to the "Regulations of PRC Civil Procedure Law" in article sixty-first, the agent ad litem consulting relevant materials and the measures the case following:
