The Constitution and constitutional politics

The constitutional government (Constitutionalism) based on the democratic constitution as the premise, as the core of democratic politics, rule of law as the foundation, in order to limit state power, safeguards the rights of citizens as the political process purpose.

The constitution is the precondition of constitutionalism, constitutionalism is the life of the Constitution.
