Director Zhou Naxin introduces the establishment and status of Beijing city legal aid foundation. According to the city Bureau of justice, the Beijing legal aid fund for rural public welfare legal service pilot in Yanqing, Miyun, Mentougou, Fangshan and Huairou. Yanqing as a key pilot counties, the foundation gave financial support, Kindu law firm lawyers as the first targeted aid the rural legal services, participate in the whole of the support of the Yanqing legal services of public welfare project activities. Director Zhou Naxin hopes the foundation and the association of Beijing together, organize more law firms involved in targeted aid outer suburb district services, further expand to the rural public welfare legal service aid.
President Zhang Xuebing said, the association of Beijing has been very concerned about, to support public welfare undertakings, the IBA work center is inclined to the public welfare legal services. The second half of this year will be combined with the Municipal Judicial Bureau requirements in the outer suburb district increase of legal service work, such as the establishment of legal aid workstation in 1 to 2 counties, some human and financial support.
The eighth session of the Beijing lawyers association work is one of the focuses of lead the lawyer service capital development, to guide the city's lawyers to participate in and promote the construction of public interest law service system.
