Peking University School of law in 2011, "Peking University overseas famous lecture"

    During the period from November 23rd to 26, the Peking University School of law and labor law and Social Security Law Institute invited, a famous Japanese labor law professor Kanno Kazuo (SUGANO Kazuo) -- Professor in our hospital for seminars. Specific arrangements, as follows:

The first lecture -- "change of Japanese economic society and labor policy"

Time: November 23rd 18:40-20:30   Location: two 307 classroom teaching

Second lectures -- "the Japanese labor dispute solution"

Time: November 25th 14:00-16:00   Location: Beijing University Law School KoGuan building a layer of moot court

Professor Kanno Kazuo

Kanno Kazuo (SUGANO Kazuo) Professor, professor emeritus professor of University of Tokyo, member of the Japan Academy (academician), chairman of the Japan's Central Labor council. A former professor at University of Tokyo, labor policy Japanese Council chairman. Professor Kanno Kazuo is a famous Japanese labor law scholar, his representative works "labor law" ("labor law" Philip Wen Tang) has been reprinted to version ninth, is Japan's most authoritative labor law, and in 2002 in American Translation Publishing (Japanese Employment and Labor Law, translated by Leo Kanowitz, Carolina Academic Press, 2002). Professor Kanno has been widely written reference for the educational circles, the important reference for the development of China's labor law theory.

Other major works of Professor Kanno are "controversial behavior and damage compensation" ("controversial behavior and damages", University of Tokyo press, 1978), "labor contract law" ("detailed explanation of labour contract law" is the Hong Wen hall, 2008), "new hire social law" ("new hire Society in? Method (order version)", Yuhikaku publishing 2004), "labor justice system (Second Edition)" ("labor justice system version second" were, Hong Wentang 2007).
