Workstations providing legal aid to disabled persons management regulations

Article 1The legal aid workstations provide coordinated service disabled legal assistance to meet the conditions of the disabled.

Article secondThe legal aid workstations providing legal aid to disabled by the work of the leading group for the coordination of approved.

The Supreme People's court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the Ministry of public security, the Ministry of justice, the Ministry of civil affairs, Ministry of human resources and social security, the Ministry of education, Ministry of health, China CDPF on workstations providing legal aid to disabled persons to guide and supervise.

The people's courts, the people's Procuratorate, the public security departments, judicial administrative departments, the departments of civil affairs, human resources and social security department, the Department of education, Department of health, workstations providing legal aid to Disabled Persons Federation jointly responsible for the relevant business and management.

The legal aid workstations in the Federation of the disabled persons with disabilities.

Article thirdLegal aid to disabled persons including but not limited to consulting, scrivener, mediation, coordination, agent etc..

Article fourthThe disabled can put forward to apply for legal aid workstations providing legal aid to disabled persons through written or verbal form. For providing legal aid workstation application, legal assistance for disabled persons should be seriously addressed.

Article fifthIf you think the case conforms to legal assistance, judicial relief, legal aid workstations disabled the case should be referred to the relevant institutions, and to assist people with disabilities to obtain legal assistance and judicial assistance.

Other cases shall be made by the relevant units or departments to provide legal services and help for the disabled, the legal aid workstations disabled shall assist the disabled to obtain the corresponding legal service and assistance.

Article eighthWorkstations providing legal aid to disabled persons shall set up and improve the case registration system, file system and the statistical system.

Article ninthThe legal aid workstations disabled persons should strengthen propaganda work, the typical cases of great social significance of the focus of publicity.

Article tenthThe legal aid workstations disabled persons should in every year at the end of the year, will carry out the work of local legal aid to disabled persons coordination leading group, the relevant units and departments.

Article eleventhThe legal aid workstations is funded by the people's government at the same level for fiscal payment. Chinese CDPF and other relevant units and departments shall, through various channels to workstations providing legal aid to disabled persons provided financial support.

The legal aid workstations disabled persons shall establish a sound financial system, to regulate the use of funds.

Article twelfthApproved the establishment of legal assistance to the disabled to coordinating leading group of workstations providing legal aid to disabled persons, in accordance with the provisions of the work.

The local legal aid to disabled persons coordination leading group can refer to the above provisions, to carry out the construction of the legal aid workstations work for disabled persons in the administrative area.
