February 24, 2011 afternoon, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of justice held the legal aid work meeting, at the meeting, to the city of Beijing Kindu law firms and other 30 units as "advanced legal aid Beijing collective", awarded Tong Lihua the 51 legal aid workers as a "Beijing legal aid advanced individual", at the same time, Dean Cheng migrant workers legal aid and Research Center for Tong Lihua and Beijing Yilian labor law aid and Research Center Director Huang Leping was awarded the "outstanding contribution award of Beijing legal aid".

     I am very honored to be awarded the "Beijing legal aid advanced individual" title, but listen to the advanced collective and advanced individual representatives, I felt the work really rarely. The practice in recent years, I have been to handle the legal aid case as each year must complete the task to treat, in the face of difficulties parties do not meet the conditions of legal aid is adhering to the spirit of legal aid, part of the relief agency fee. But not as advanced representative of that, true to the legal aid as a career to treat, as a public welfare to treat. As a legal worker, the firm belief in law at the same time, should have the spirit of dedication, the dedication is not only reflected in the case, should also be based on the running case at the same time, in the legal profession, law environment, attention in this environment is weak, as they fight for the legitimate rights and interests. The win, not only reflected in the prevailing in individual cases, more should be to help the group to prevent legal risks, avoid dispute, perhaps legal aid that is the real public interest.
