Legal aid application

 Because of the disability of unemployment now have no income, in personal injury claim case, according to the "Supreme People's Court on the economic difficulties of the parties to provide legal aid regulations" article third, article fourth, article fifth applies for judicial relief, request the people's court to approve the postponement of the litigation costs.
