Analysis of this paper is suitable for the implementation of the regulations on insurance companies underwriting insurance companies underwriting the motor vehicle third party insurance and the ordinance of the motor vehicle compulsory third party insurance.   29.This is the mainstream point of view, the court should adopt this view in the trial practice, but there are some controversy in the theoretical circles.   30.Based on the above analysis, the insurance company in the "Regulations" before the implementation of the compulsory insurance of motor vehicle third party insurance should be regarded as mandatory insurance.
