Beijing migrant workers legal aid workstation was founded in September 8, 2005, is approved by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of justice, relying on the Beijing Zhicheng law firm and Beijing Youth Legal Aid and research center established to provide legal aid to migrant workers of institutions. There are 5 full-time lawyers, staff 5 people. Is one of the specialized in migrant workers rights non-profit organization in Beijing city.

    We mainly engaged in legal training, answer hotline, legal aid and legal studies four work. In the training of the legal system, we focus on basic management system basic knowledge and the inflow, outflow propaganda organization of migrant workers labor law special protection policies and objectives of the migrant workers in the city, the goal is to improve migrant workers rights protection awareness and ability, focus on prevention. In the hotline, we offer free services to migrant workers, full-time lawyer case put forward specific legal advice, guidance of migrant workers to solve the dispute. In line with the aid of cases, we assign full-time lawyers to provide legal assistance free of charge. In the study of law, the lawyers and staff for the existence of specific cases in dispute and the laws and regulations issues in-depth study, the research results published in the publication of arrears of wages, work injury and labor disputes journals, facilitate the social people from all walks of life study together, progress.

    In future work we will wholeheartedly for the migrant workers brothers services, in response to the CPC Central Committee proposed the construction harmonious society's great idea as we could!
