"Bill of rights" -- America constitutional amendment (in English control)

 

 

 

 

 

USA constitutional amendment ten, namely the bill of rights:

 

 

The first amendment to the constitution; Congress shall make no law: relating to the establishment of a ban on a religion or religious freedom; the freedom of speech, or of the press; stripping people peaceably to assemble, and to the government toOPleaseMay the redress of grievances.

 

 

The second amendment to the constitution; a well regulated militia for the security of a free state is a must,ThereforeThe people's right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

 

 

The third amendment to the constitution; any soldier, in times of peace, without the consent of the owner, not residential houses; in time of war, unless the act in accordance with the law, are not allowed to hold.

 

 

The fourth amendment to the constitution; everyone has the safeguard of the person, domicile,FileAnd property security against unreasonable search and seizure right; this right shall not be infringed; unless there are reasonable grounds, plus the oaths and vows to guarantee, and the specified must be searched location, must be arrested person or to withhold goods, otherwise will be issued manhunt.

 

 

The fifth amendment to the Constitution by the grand jury; non prosecution, the people shall not be sentenced to death penalty or be deprived of part of the public because of a felony trial; only in war or social turmoil, there are serving Navy or militia in the case, not in this case. The people may not be for the same offence and the two time is in the life threatening or body condition; shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself; to have after proper legal procedure and to be deprived of life, liberty or property. People's private industry, without reasonable compensation, shall be taken for public use.

 

 

The sixth amendment to the constitution; in all criminal cases, the defendant has the right to put forward the following requirements: requirements by the crime state of place or area of impartial jury to a speedy and public trial, and determined by the law which should be the area; to request the accusation and the requirements with the plaintiff; witnesses; to have compulsory means to make for the defendant's appearing in court as a witness; requested the assistance of counsel for his defense.

 

 

The Seventh Amendment to the constitution; suits at common law, the disputes involving the value of more than $twenty, then the parties shall have the right to a jury trial by jury trial; any fact, except in accordance with the provisions of the customary law, shall not be retried in any court of the United States.

 

 

The eighth amendment to the constitution; excessive bail shall not be required, no fines shall be imposed, cruel and unusual punishment.

 

 

The Ninth Amendment to the constitution; the enumeration in the constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or other rights have contempt for the people.

 

 

The Tenth Amendment to the constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states; the United States powers not granted in the constitution, shall be deemed to have been reserved to the States and the people of the several States, the exercise of power.

Amendment I

 

  Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

 

 

Amendment II

 

  A well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed.

 

 

Amendment III

 

  No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

 

 

Amendment IV

 

  The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

 

 

Amendment V

 

  No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

 

 

Amendment VI

 

  In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.

 

 

Amendment VII

 

  In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

 

 

Amendment VIII

 

  Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

 

 

Amendment IX

 

  The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

 

 

Amendment X

 

  The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
