   Graduated from the University since leaving school, I have more than 20 years; from the finish date of Juris Master, also has ten years. Since last year, I was invited to lead the master of full-time study of law school students imitated court teaching, came to the school often, feel very cordial; walk in the beautiful quiet campus, as recently for a tooth after feeling, seemingly younger teens.

A,      The life of the law lies in the practice

   Write down this title, the Internet search, found Shen (Sibao) president had written a book, called "the law is the essence of practice". I'm ashamed I haven't read Shen's works, with only their own experience, talk about some ideas about personal.

   A master of law in the time, I worked in the north and Hua Zheng read law for seven years. I didn't have a clear occupation planning at that time, like many North like adults, like pointing Jiangshan, encouraging words, let thoughts floating in the grand narrative.

   After graduation from University, I worked in the central ministries and several companies work. At that time I really feel the law is so important, so with our work and life are closely related; as a legal person, in addition to the official and business, we also can choose the law occupation.

   Combined with the lawyers working and social experience, I often feel, the law is a mechanical, rigid, is lively, clever. For example, China's "constitution" has a long preamble, which mention the political consultation system etc.. Students after graduation time includes quite a long period of time, I am very conflict and exclusion of the text. But last year was elected as the Pudong New Area CPPCC members, the democratic parties and people's Political Consultative Conference activities, I feel the political consultation system in China is really exist; political participation, democratic supervision is not only a slogan, is also China's long-term political and constitutional practice. Of course, as our party colleagues said, the CPPCC proposals such as not serious is wrong, also not too seriously; it can also turn to say, this is a Different people, different views. problem.

Two,      Legal person's mission is to practice

   We live in a society is not perfect, there is still a large number of "excessive" and the controversial phenomenon, such as "re education through labour", "interceptors", violent land acquisition demolition and unwarranted because character convicted; these phenomena like milk, drainage oil and plasticizer, threatening our health and freedom. As a master of law, as a legal person, we should go through the legal practice of their own to make society more perfect, harmonious, to make our own and future generations more happiness. This is our fate, cannot escape; or is God's provision, we cannot change.

   Only with the world-class city name naming University, many are the most outstanding university. Shanghai is an international metropolis, Dali is a first-class university should be worthy of the name. The first-class university may not have the first-class school of law, but a first-rate university law school, is often the first class university.
