1 -Each State to give credit to the
public acts, etc. of every other
State
Full faith and credit shall be given in each
state to the public acts, records and judicial proceedings of every
other state. And the Congress may by general laws prescribe the
manner in which such acts, records and proceedings shall be proved,
and the effect thereof
The first paragraphEach state to the public acts, records, and judicial proceedings, full faith and credit shall be given.The Congress may make rules, how to prove to the provisions of this act, records, and judicial proceedings and the effect thereof.
2 - SectionPrivileges of Citizens of
each State. Fugitives from Justice to be delivered up. Persons held
to service having escaped, to be delivered

1 The Citizens of each state shall be entitled
to all privileges and immunities of Citizens in the several
statesThe citizens of each state shall be entitled to all privileges and immunities of citizens in the several states.
2 A
person charged in any state with treason, felony, or other crime,
who shall flee justice, and be found in another state, shall, on
demand of the executive authority of the state from which he fled,
be delivered up, to be removed to the state having jurisdiction of
the crime
A person charged in any state with treason, felony, or other crime walker, escape outside the law and in a state of seized, the state should be requested in accordance with the criminals escape the executive authority of the state, the criminals to surrender, to be removed to the state having jurisdiction of criminal cases.
In any state was accused of treason, felony, or other crime, escape the law in his state is found, he should be delivered according to his escape from the executive authority of the state requirements, to be removed to the state having jurisdiction of the crime.

held to service or labour in one state, under the laws thereof,
escaping into another,Shall,In consequence of any law
or regulation therein, be discharged from such service or labour,ButShall be delivered

According to the laws of a state to servitude or labor in the state of the people, such as to him, not because of law or regulation, and be discharged from such labor or labor, but shall be entitled to this according to such service or labour parties request will be in his hand.

Power of Congress over territory and other
property
1 New states may be admitted by the Congress
into this union;But noNew state shall be formed or erected within the jurisdiction of any
other state,NorAny
state be formed by the junction of two or more states, without the
consent of the legislatures of the States concerned, as well as of
the Congress
New states may be admitted by the Congress into federal;If there is no state legislatures and Congress agreed, not under the jurisdiction of any state to establish state region;Nor with a portion of the two state or states, or the number of States and the establishment of new jersey.
2 The Congress shall
have power to dispose of and make all needful rules and regulations
respecting the territory or other property belonging to the United
States; andNothingIn this constitution
shall be soConstruedAs to prejudice any claims of the United States, or of any
particular stateCongress has the power to dispose of the territorial and other industries, and make all the necessary regulations and Zhang Ze about these dependencies and Industry;Any of the provisions of this constitution, shall be as to prejudice any right of the United States or any state interpretation.
4 - SectionRepublican form of
government guaranteed. Each State to be
protected
The United States shall guarantee to every state
in this union, a republican form of government, and shall protect
each of them against invasion; and on Application of the
legislature, or of the Executive (when the legislature cannot be
convened), against domestic violence
The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government, the protection of each state from intrusion, and should the legislature or the chief executive(When the legislature cannot be convened)Request put down civil strife.
