In accordance with the provisions of article fifth of the constitution, approved by Congress and state legislatures to add amendments to the constitution of the United States and are as follows:

First amendment

 People to protect the person, property and housing, documents against unreasonable search and seizure of rights shall not be infringed; unless there is reasonable according to the considered guilty, by oath or affirmation, person or thing with lists and should be searched location, shall be seized, may not be issued a search and seizure syndrome. 　　

The Fifth Amendment of the Constitution

 Without the grand jury report or prosecute, any person not subject to death can other felony punishment, however, occurred in the land, naval or serving in the militia's case does not apply in time of war or national emergency period. No one may harm for the same offence two suffering life or physical disability; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself; without due process of law, no person shall be deprived of life, liberty and property; without proper compensation, not private property for public use. 　　

The Sixth Amendment of the Constitution

 In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the following rights: the crime of impartial jury of the state and district to a speedy and public trial, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law; the nature and reason that controlled event; a confrontation with the witnesses; with strong business procedures to obtain the beneficial evidence, and obtained a lawyer's help for its defense. 　　

The Seventh Amendment of the Constitution

 In suits at common law, the dispute amount more than $20, shall be protected by the rights of trial by jury; the real case tried by a jury, except in accordance with the rules of the common law in any court of the United States, shall not be re examined. 　　

The eighth amendment of the Constitution

 Excessive bail shall not claim, no fines imposed, or very cruel, punishment. 　　

The Ninth Amendment of the Constitution

 The enumeration in the constitution of certain shall not be construed to deny or other rights of people to keep the contempt. 　　

The Tenth Amendment of the Constitution

 The constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States not delegated to the United States to exercise power, respectively, by the state or retained by the people. 　　

 

The Eleventh Amendment of the constitution ratified] [1798

 The judicial power of the United States shall not be construed to expand citizen of another state or accept any foreign citizens or nationals of the United States any presents or prosecute any common law or equitable procedure. 　　

The Twelfth Amendment of the constitution ratified] [1804

Such as the election of the president's power to the house of Representatives shall before 4 March the following year has not yet been elected president, the Vice President shall according to the provisions of the constitution of the president's death or disability of other relevant terms of the acting president. Won the most votes as vice president, number of votes more than half of the total number of electors, was elected vice president. And if no person have a majority, the Senate should be based on the election of 2 from the list of the 1 most votes in the president. In this way the election quorum vice presidential election for senator 2/3 of the total, elected vice president Senator more than half of the total votes. But according to the constitution the president of the United States is not eligible person may not be elected vice president of the United states. 　　

The Thirteenth Amendment of the constitution ratified] [1865

The first paragraph
 In any place within or belonging to the jurisdiction of the United States of America, no slavery or forced labour exist, but for the industry by convicted criminals as punishment for this restriction shall not apply to.

 The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation. 　　

The Fourteenth Amendment of the constitution ratified] [1868

The first paragraph
 In the United States born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, for the United States of America and his state of residence of citizens. The third paragraph
 Once as a congressman, United States officials, state representative and state administrative or judicial officials, swear to uphold the constitution of the United States, and participate in the insurrection or rebellion against the United States, the United States or give the enemy to help or asylum seekers, not as a senator or congressman, electing a president and a vice president, or any civilian, military officials in the United States or any state. The fourth paragraph

 Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article. 　　

The Fifteenth Amendment of the constitution ratified] [1870

The first paragraph
 The United States or any state not because of race, color or previous condition of servitude and deny or abridge the right to vote. 　　
The second paragraph
 The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation. 　　

The sixteenth amendment of the constitution ratified] [1913

 The Congress shall have power to any source of income stipulated and the income tax, income tax revenue without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration. 　　

The seventeenth amendment of the constitution ratified] [1913

 The United States Senate by each state elected two senators, Senator for 6 years, each with 1 vote. 　　
 The electors in each state shall have the largest hospital in the state legislature electoral required qualification. 　　
 Any state in the Senate vacancies happen, the state administrative authority should issue writ of election to fill the vacancy before top; but any state legislature elections make up the vacancy in people under the State Council may empower the executive instructions, to make temporary appointments.

The eighteenth amendment of the constitution ratified] [1919

The first paragraph
 From the approved one year after prohibition in the United States, and all the territory under the jurisdiction of the brewing, sale or transportation of intoxicating liquors, and all the territory no such liquor input or output and under the jurisdiction of the United states. 　　
The second paragraph
 The Congress shall have the right to carry out the provisions of this article by appropriate legislation. 　　
The third paragraph
 This article except in Congress to states within 7 years from the date of the legislatures of the several States, as provided in the constitution, ratified as an amendment to the constitution, shall not take effect. 　　

The Nineteenth Amendment of the constitution ratified] [1920

 The United States or any state not because of gender and deny or abridge the right to vote.

The twentieth amendment of the constitution ratified] [1933

The first paragraph
 If this article had not been ratified, the terms of the president and vice president shall be on the original term of year January 20th term end at noon, senators and congressmen should be on the original term of year January 3rd end at noon; his successor term that began at this time. 　　
The second paragraph
 The Congress shall assemble at least once in every year, the date of the meeting shall be provided for by law, shall begin at noon on January 3rd. 　　
The third paragraph
 If elected president before the death of specified term began, the vice president elect shall become president. As in the previous provisions term start time has not yet been elected president, or president elect not regulations qualification, when the vice president elect shall act as president until a president elect qualified so far; if the president elect and vice president elect are not eligible, Congress can legal decision agency president or select agent president, who can be in accordance with the acting president, until a president or vice president eligible. The fourth paragraph

The twenty-first amendment of the constitution ratified] [1933

The first paragraph
 The eighteenth amendment to the constitution of the United States is hereby repealed. 　　
The second paragraph
 For delivery or intoxicating liquors in the United States, the use of state territories or possessions in the transport or input, such as the violation of relevant laws, shall be prohibited. 　　
The third paragraph
 This article except in Congress to states within 7 years from the date of approval by the State Council for the 3/4 amendment of the constitution, shall not take effect. 　　

The twenty-second amendment of the constitution ratified] [1951

The first paragraph
 No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than two times; whoever in another term as president or vice president for more than two years, may not be elected as President more than once. But this article shall not apply to when this article was proposed by Congress any person holding the office of president; does not prevent possible in this article the entry into force of the presidential term of office of president or acting as president for anyone else on the end of the term of president or acting as president. 　　
The second paragraph
 This article unless the Congress will its submission to the states within 7 years from the date of approval by the State Council as an amendment to the constitution of 3/4, no effect. 　　

The twenty-third amendment of the constitution ratified] [1961

The first paragraph
 The government of the United States, where the special economic zones, shall be appointed by Parliament representatives of electing a president and a vice president who, for this purpose, the special zone should be regarded as a state, the number of total congressional elections for Senators and representatives shall be equivalent to the number of people it has the right to vote, but not the number of voters over the least number of states the above election; person is added outside the state appointed by the voters, but to the election of president and vice president, should be regarded as a state appointed election. The twenty-fourth amendment of the constitution ratified] [1964

The first paragraph
 The United States or any state shall not pay poll tax or other tax reasons, deny or disenfranchised citizens of the United States in any primary president or vice president, for electors for president or vice president and Senator, congressman, or any other election. 　　
The second paragraph
 The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation. 　　

The twenty-fifth amendment of the constitution ratified] [1967

The first paragraph
 If the president is removed from office, death or resignation, the Vice President shall become president. 　　
The second paragraph
 The vice president position becomes vacant, the President shall nominate a vice president, approved by a majority vote of both houses of Congress after the inauguration. 　　
The third paragraph
 As the president to submit a written statement to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the speaker of the house, that he is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the vice president of its powers and duties shall be as acting president, until he submitted a written statement to the contrary. 　　
The fourth paragraph

The twenty-seventh amendment of the constitution ratified] [1992

 Changing the Senate and house of Representatives, the position wage laws, must take effect at the next elections after.
